Group Facilitation
I offer group facilitation to bring patterns of thinking and acting into awareness. Safe experiential group interactions allow you to develop new, more effective patterns. Real change cannot be achieved without deep trust among team members. By devoting quality time, commitment and enthusiasm, the team is able to co-create their desired future and get fully engaged. My goal is to guide you as you change and achieve these new levels of success and fulfillment.
As individuals and organizations, we are constantly reinventing ourselves, much of the time in an unconscious process. We often find ourselves stuck. Resentments and resignation leave people in deep ruts from which they see no escape. More effectively than any other intervention, facilitation and coaching over time alleviate suffering. The results are new options and renewed spirits.
Facilitation invites a collaborative process that helps members align to accomplish common goals. I partner with you to identify critical issues, design the process and craft the results you want; working with you to navigate change while building morale. No matter what the dilemma, I will support you in reaching clarity, understanding, fresh possibilities, new inspiration, and more peace of mind. Each facilitation will be designed to uncover, deepen and build on the natural strengths of everyone involved while amplifying the leader’s effectiveness.
Workshops
I design workshops both for and with clients. Your organization may be interested in customizing a workshop presentation around topics such as: building and sustaining trust, tying individual purpose to your organizational mission, cultivating authenticity of self rather than putting on an act, making powerful life decisions rather than shooting from the hip.
