Born and raised in Montreal with my younger sister, I left to study nursing in Toronto and later moved to work in the United States as a medical sales manager. As a US citizen, I have lived throughout the country and currently reside in the Washington DC area. Unable initially to work toward my goal of being a counselor, I gained valuable experience in the medical field and obtained my Masters degree in Organizational Development in my late thirties. After navigating the terrain of medical care, business management, corporate sales and training, I have synthesized my gifts and dreams into a wonderfully fulfilling career as a life coach and organizational specialist.

I love to assist others in finding true fulfillment in their work and in life. As you can see from viewing this site, I have many passions and love to share my life path with others on their journey. Our personal stories are powerful testaments of our life challenges and how we have dealt with them. No matter what the specifics, our history does not need to define who we are today. With awareness we have the power of choice.

I choose to live a conscious life. By synthesizing my natural gifts, loves and dreams, my life path constantly unfolds. From the Albuquerque Balloon festival, the epitome of “lifting ones spirits,” to the spectacular peaks of the mountains of Peru, the wondrous source of the silence of the spirit, I search for the greater purpose and meaning of the glorious life we all cherish.
