For more than a decade, I have been developing leaders. I bring over twenty-five years of corporate experience to my coaching. I am on the faculty of the Newfield Network Coaching Certification Program and adjunct faculty for American University and hold a Masters degree in Organizational Development from American University. After a successful career as a Senior Marketing Executive and National Sales Director, I went on to found two consulting companies, Invision LLC and Vital Health Partners. Invision assists executives and organizations in realizing their greater effectiveness and contribution. Vital Health Partners helps with the critical business changes brought on by sudden or chronic illness. Throughout my career, I have developed a number of professional tools, such as Awakening Purpose and Vision, to assist my clients.
