We may start out talking about a work challenge and discover that it’s connected to your personal relationships or the way you see yourself. A health issue may be hiding behind a business problem. I guide you in uncovering and addressing the whole, bottom-line truth. Together we unmask the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of what is true for you.

I believe in asking questions and in knowing what questions to ask. My job is to help you access the answers you already have inside you. Our mutual trust and respect are what make the coaching relationship work.

You will identify and build on your strengths. Too often we are focused on shoring up our weakness which will always lag behind our strengths. The carrot will be in augmenting your strengths. When you understand your core issues and develop healthy ways of working with or around those issues, your perspectives will shift dramatically. In fact, I believe your greatest weakness can become a major asset. My goal is to help you excel.

I draw from diverse disciplines and extensive training to give you what will benefit you the most in each moment. And I make adjustments and course corrections as often as necessary. With your help, I create an environment that allows our process to evolve organically. I provide practical tools and processes you can use yourself and/or offer to colleagues and teams.

For some, coaching is a way to make a living. For me, it’s the best way to express myself authentically. I am always reading, taking programs, networking and researching to ensure you get all you need.
